We agree on everything before we start
We tell you which yarn we'll use, how long it takes and what it costs. We only start once everything is agreed. For personalised orders we ask for a 50% deposit.
We make the piece by hand
Timing depends on size and detail: a keyring takes about 2 days, a medium piece about 2 weeks and a large bag 3 to 4 weeks.
Hand delivery or shipping
We deliver by hand around Gondomar and central Porto, or ship by CTT anywhere in Portugal, including the Azores and Madeira, and to the rest of the European Union. Outside the EU, we give you a quote.

Good to know
- Every piece is handmade, so it may differ slightly from the example photo.
- Yarn colours may look slightly different on screen, so we send you a photo of the yarn before we start.
- Pieces made to your specifications or personalised cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal. That's why we agree on every detail with you before we start. More in Legal information.
