This website uses no cookies, has no forms and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are hosted on the website itself.

The website is hosted by statichost.eu, a European service. To send you the pages, the server uses your IP address but does not store it: according to statichost.eu, the server logs contain no IP addresses or other personal data and are deleted after 7 days at most. statichost.eu (Sweden) uses data centres and a content delivery network in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany; BunnyWay, Slovenia). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook buttons are ordinary links. The respective service only opens when you click them, and it has its own privacy policy.

When you contact us

When you message us on WhatsApp, email or call us, we process the data you give us (name, contact details, messages and photos and, for shipping, your address) to answer your request and to make, ship and invoice your order.

• Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations such as invoicing (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Recipients: CTT (the Portuguese postal service) or another carrier, only for shipping, and the Portuguese Tax Authority through invoices.
• WhatsApp is a Meta service; messages exchanged on WhatsApp are also subject to Meta’s terms.
• Retention: we keep conversations as long as needed for the order and any guarantee claims, and invoices and other accounting records for 10 years, as required by Portuguese tax law (Article 52 of the VAT Code).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing and request data portability by writing to info@crochecomxama.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
