Shipping, delivery and payment

Yes. We deliver by hand around Gondomar and in central Porto. We'll agree on a place and time with you.

We send by post (CTT) anywhere in Portugal, including the Azores and Madeira, and to the other countries of the European Union. For destinations outside the EU, ask us for a quote before ordering.

Within Portugal (mainland, Azores and Madeira) we send by CTT standard mail: small orders, such as a keyring, €3.50; medium orders, such as a top or a small bag, €7; large orders, such as a large bag or more than one piece, €10. Shipping within Portugal is free on orders of €45 or more. To other European Union countries we send by CTT priority mail (correio azul) with a tracking number: up to 100 g, €7; up to 500 g, €10; up to 2 kg, €20. We always tell you the shipping cost before confirming your order.

We'll give you a quote for your country. Parcels sent outside the European Union go through customs, and the recipient may be charged customs duties, import VAT and handling fees. These charges are not set by us.

By MB WAY or bank transfer. We send you the payment details on WhatsApp once we confirm your order. For orders sent by post, you pay for the piece and shipping before we send it. For personalised orders we ask for a 50% deposit before we start.

It depends on the piece. A keyring takes about 2 days, a medium piece such as a top or a basket about 2 weeks, and a large bag 3 to 4 weeks. It's often quicker, because some large pieces are simple to make. We tell you the timing before we start. For special dates such as Christmas or Mother's Day, get in touch early.

Yes. For made-to-order pieces you choose the yarn colours and the size. Before we start, we send you a photo of the yarn. For clothing, we can also send you a photo of the piece on our mannequin before shipping.

In general, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, don't wring, and dry flat out of direct sunlight.

For ready-made pieces bought at a distance, you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Pieces made to order according to your choices (colours, size, details) are excluded. Details are on the Legal information page.
